Program Overview
NYU Shanghai, in collaboration with ECNU's School of Economics and Management, welcomes applications from outstanding students for doctoral study in Statistics. Within the standard duration of studies (4-year Ph.D.), students are required to complete their coursework at ECNU, undertake their doctoral research under the supervision of NYU Shanghai faculty, and pass through the dissertation defense. NYU Shanghai statistics faculty work on topics related to financial econometrics, statics, and high frequency analysis.
